  1. Please explain to our readers/viewers what The “Plan A” Diet entails, and what makes it different from other weight loss plans?
  2. What inspired you to write the book?
  3. You refer to something called the 80-10-10 rule when describing your nutrition program. Tell us more about that.
  4. The book lists some of the reasons it can be so hard for people to change their diet. Tell us a few of those reasons and what you recommend for dealing with them.
  5. There’s so much conflicting information out there. One day we hear that coffee is good for us, and the next day we hear that it isn’t. One day we hear that grains are healthy, the next day we hear that they aren’t. You’ve addressed this topic in the book. Please share some tips that will help us sort it all out.
  6. What are some of the most common misconceptions about a plant-based diet?
  7. You mention that “eating in moderation” may not be the best idea. Why is that?
  8. For those who prefer to make gradual changes to their diets, there’s a chapter in the book which spells out a 5-week transition plan. Please tell us more about approach.
  9. The book describes what you’ve termed “The Big Disconnects” between diet and health. What are some of the Big Disconnects you’ve observed in your line of work?
