If you’re new to whole food, plant-based eating, you may be feeling overwhelmed by the vast amount of information and recipes and wondering where to begin. Remember that you don’t need to find dozens of recipes at the beginning; you only need to find 6 – 10 easy recipes that you like, and it shouldn’t take long to zero in on that many. Once you have your favorites lined up, try experimenting with one or two new recipes each week. Soon you’ll have an arsenal of great recipes at your disposal as your list of favorites expands!
Confession Time………I am NOT a creator of recipes. But I can sure follow great recipes and have learned to improvise when needed.
I’ve decided it makes no sense for me to list hundreds of individual recipes on this site – that wheel has already been invented. All I need to do is show you a few of the wheels.
But if you’re interested in reading which recipes we try and recommend, please sign up for my blog. I often share recipes that we deem to be keepers!
Otherwise, here are the website links where you’ll find hundreds of recipes which are compliant with The “Plan A” Diet™. These links are also shown on the Recommended Resource page:
