Inflammation Support Group
The first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm EST. I host this support group, which offers insights into all things related to inflammatory and anti-inflammatory foods. The group is offered through the PBNSG (Plant Based Nutrition Support Group) website. PBNSG members have access to this group for free (and many OTHER support groups as well: Obesity, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Athletics, and much more).
World’s Healthiest Potluck (next date To Be Announced – Stay Tuned)
Potluck events are a great way to taste a variety of plant-based foods and get new recipes! Each person (or couple) brings a dish to share which will allow for around 20-25 people to enjoy a good-sized sample. We’ll meet in Wilmington, IL at 6:30 p.m. Seating is limited.
